It all started with a ...
Well it's simple, it all started with Luigi, his passion for delicious food and his love for all people; his family, employees, and customers. You see, Luigi is a romantic, for him it truly is about making sure all who enter his restaurant feel like they just walked into his home, he wants to know your story, he wants to share his, and most importantly he wants to share his passion with you, his FOOD. Luigi grew up in Naples, Italy where he learned the true art of cooking from his beloved mama. He would pay attention to every detail, the fresh basil from the garden, all the vibrant farm fresh ingredients from the local market, and the joy and pleasure his mama cooked with. His mama inspired him, and ever since he immigrated to America his dream has been to share his food with every single person he encounters, and what better way than to open his very own restaurant.
